Butterflied bratwurst cooked in pineapple soda (sorry, beer lovers) with homemade apple-sweet onion-mushroom relish & chips. I don’t usually get excited about cooking & it’s not a fancy picture, but this is the 5th one & kiddo is threatening to rock-paper-scissors me for it. She never eats two! 👨🏼🍳
