The inner critic says, Why bother putting so much effort into something no one will care about? Why start something you can't finish? This won't bring you anything towards rent. Your survival depends on you NOT being creative, artsy, writerly. The critic doesn't understand joy. We survive on joy.

What a good film. #theInvite Not only is the writing, directing, acting so fun, but how refreshing to see sex talked about so positively, including fears, questions, misconceptions. The people who have a healthy sexual mindset aren't portrayed as the villains, as perverts, but as people with wisdom.

Okay, @bsky.app we need your help identifying this #moth. We don't think it's a pantry or clothes moth. But we could be wrong. It isn't in our food. The adult moths gather in large numbers on our outside fridge and freezer on wood porch. We think their young might eat wood. Not sure. (More below)

An Older Rapunzel rests her arms on a swirling mound of her own braided hair. Behind her are six towers, like scrolls, dividing her life into 6 decades, or chapters. Characters go up and down the towers, and the last is repainted with sunflowers and a waterslide going round and round. How do we transform our towers--the ones that hurt us, the ones we carry with us? What would an elder Rapunzel tell us?
