60 hot kms in & the need for a cold beer was high, so a shortened version of what we planned was implemented.
Since getting a feed in tariff for our solar panels 2 months & 17 days ago, we've exported more to the grid than we imported for the whole of 2025, & we've also been 98% self-sufficient since the last week in February. I'd call that a big old win for solar.

Something unusual leaving Beerbabe Towers today, instead of the usual innertube products, an 'upcycled' Chimay beer crate coffee table. Made using an old Chimay crate & some repurposed pallet wood for a pre-loved rustic look. Watch this space or check the website as more are coming soon.
