Wearing Lederhosen and klinking steins New Ulm, MN
So honored to not only meet but get a chance to hang out with these wonderful brewers. They kick ass!
First taste: this is awesome. If you love IPAs, not for you. If you want a kickass lager where every detail of brewing was not only thought about but addressed, get it.
Live in the Twin Cities and can't make it to the Team Nevertheless release in New Ulm on Aug 6? We have you covered. Come down to Bina's on Sat Aug 8 and meet the brewers
And luckily, Jordan still had a picture of what we did last year so I didn't have to do math!
Jordan and Joe are brewing Cave Aged today, and I'm in the back stealing the last runnings (which incidentally are the same as the first-23.1 Plato)
Next Saturday come see what the Misfits made for our annual Ales for ALS fundraiser. Jordan and Joe will be on hand talking about their beers. I'll be on hand drinking their beers.
Dan Carey ended up with the pilot brewery from UC Davis (who received it from General Brewing back in the day). The number of professional brewers who made beer on this system is astonishing, and a who' who of the brewing industry in the United States
Not too worried about the storm as I managed to purchase a large block of brick cheese today.
The last time I rode 100 miles in a week was 9 months ago in late September.
Stationary bikes/trainers have never been my thing. I'd rather ride outside even if it's 15 below. But this is where I'm at right now
