I recorded this the morning after Bridget Philipson laid the updated EHRC guidance before parliament at the last minuet before recess so as to see it gets minimum scrutiny. This guidance is still transphobic and that this government is doing this is shameful.
Today I will be visible! I live in a world where regularly lies are printed in the newspapers about us, where lies are told on line about us, lies are even spoken about us in parliament and quietly transphobes have been put into positions of power. You bet I'm going to be damn visible!
I know we will survive but I watch soo much anguish among my friends, I see mental health deteriorating and the constant drip drip of anti trans propaganda.
