Any idea why a pair of these weird looking helicopters / planes are circling Capitol Hill?

Since I am snowed/sleeted into my house. An update on the random Trader Joe's s*** I bought from a ransacked store earlier this week. 1) Cheddar and jalapeno biscuit bites. These are delicious. Kind of like shortbread crackers, but softer. Very fresh and kicky jalapeno flavor. Would buy again.

I was curious what Senator Lee said after Representative Giffords was shot. I guess he doesn't believe that politicizing shootings is disrespectful to the victims anymore, 14 years later. I wonder what changed.
A battery change and a lesson in watch straps later, my eBay purchase is looking great! Now I just need to set the right time.
