Two years ago on this date, my brother Josh, shockingly ended his life at 47. Today, this is what my desk calendar says. I’m not a religious person, but I’m extremely spiritual. I think Josh wanted this to be the message today. If you’re in a hard place, please listen to him & find help & hope.

Just got tickets to the Rangers-Royals game on the 29th. It's Asian Heritage night at the ballpark and they are giving away these very cool Fire Horse Jerseys. I'm a horse, my wife is ethnically Chinese, and we are both VERY excited for this extremely cool jersey to come home with us:
I gave her my number and asked her to please text me to give me an update...I was so scared for this kitten. But an hour later I got a text from her. They got the baby!! So yeah gas prices suck but people still care about helpless & terrified kittens & so that’s nice.
This cool guy (Red Shouldered Hawk) was in our yard at dusk tonight grabbing a snake or big worm & then scanning for more on the perch.
there’s no way people not on shows about creepy neighbors across the street actually live like this right?!??!??!??!???

Cooper Flagg wore this shirt in his post game presser Monday night & I love him even more now. Being an open ally at his level of visibility in THIS state rn under THIS presidential administration means so damn much. He’s such a good kid & we’re so lucky to have him for so many reasons.
