Interesting point about video game development in comparision to other arts where the art came before the industry. By this point auteur creators were becoming more prominent in the electronic games space.
The price conversation and what your customer base perceives the value they're getting feels like such a relevant conversation nowadays. Also his talk about wanting to surprise or present a massively polished piece feels very thoughtful.

Being in the mires of social media I feel this, & the part about artists complaining about their craft, pretty spot on. What a blessing to be doing your art and (hopefully) making a living. So many of us can only dream about that & many will never experience anything fulfilling on that level.
