Well that explains why I feel like I’m dying every time I water the polytunnel plants during this nonstop heatwave. This is with the polytunnel door and windows open, currently 25c outdoors and overcast so actually a cooler morning! The vertical temps are the registered highest+lowest #allotment

Okaaaay transparency seems to work with GE-Proton11-1 and "WINE_LAYERED_OVERLAY_ALPHA=1 %command%" (bless u ProtonDB Rusty's Retirement users 🙏) Is it going to fry my pc if I have this open while doing 3D work? Absolutely yes a 100% but hey it's playable (screenshot game is Focus Grove)

Polytunnel finally looking tidy! Now just need a bajillion bags of compost because there’s no way I’ll get clay soil workable in this heat haha #allotment

Watering and repotting some plants, dug two small holes in a bed to get globe artichokes in and immediately had to sit down afterwards to recover 💀 28c at 9am lol lmao even #allotment

An allotment plot with some small beds and small pota of plants close to me. The sun is strong and covering most of the plot and slowly advancing towards the camera where the last shaded area is.

GDQuest "Learn GDScript From Zero" completed woooo 🎉 That was a fun time :D I'm notoriously bad at video tutorials so having something with bit sized structured interactive lessons really really helps

Wanted to play Enshrouded but not sitting at my pc, decided to have a go again at a PC+TV setup but this time on Linux, slapped a gnome extension to save monitor layouts I needed with screen positions and resolutions and tadahh everything works buttery smooth :') my windows could neverrrrr

You know what, just hopped over to stoat.chat and giving it a go. Open-source, european, transparent roadmap, with identity-per-server, voice chat, self-host, server basic customisation already in so. Web +Unpacked linux client that works fine and I can wait for screenshare and all else.

Got Affinity v3 and Paint Tool SAI v2 working on linux and um, surprisingly stable? No dragging files, no Canvas login and god forbid I want to shelve again a panel on Affinity (plus vector path issues) but it's using my nvidia gpu so 🎉 My bro SAI tho?? a true champ, never failed me, buttery smooth

We now have a full long plot as we inherited our neighbours half who recently moved. Was a bit of a surprise tbh I had half forgotten we were on the waiting list! 😆 so lots of prepping to do now! #allotment
