Game #3: Ghost of Yotei I loved the cinematography of this game and I liked the characters more than Tsushima, but Tsushima had a stronger narrative. Great combat and an actual challenging final boss. Solid game! I liked the incorporation of the shamisen and the western vibes.
Game #2: Donkey Kong Bananza Had a lot of fun playing through this! The last couple layers were fantastic, and the last hour or so especially. I think Mario Odyssey was more consistent top to bottom, but I was never bored and that counts for a lot. Now to get all the bananas...
2026 Completed Media Thread Game #1: Lost Records: Bloom and Rage As a massive fan of Life is Strange this scratched an itch. I grew up an awkward, quiet nerd with a passion for movies and punk music, so the characters here made me feel seen in a way games rarely do. Sleeper top game of 2025.

Today's shiny catches! I also got a shiny Budew! Both the Bunnelby and Budew spawned when I was trying to find a spot to take a pic of my Umbreon, which took me about three hours to get!
I got the Shiny Charm in ZA. Other than the Espurr which I got randomly while grinding out the last few Mable requests, the other three I got post-charm. Shiny Alpha Excadrill I got while shiny hunting Aron, which I got via a shiny Alpha Lairon! Bagon I hunted and got!
That's a story complete on Legends ZA. I had a lot of fun with the supporting cast and the battle system. Totally understand people that don't vibe with it. Lumiose is not that fun to explore long term
Every so often I get the urge to replay Mass Effect. I have gotten the full achievement/trophy on all three games on three different consoles (360, PS3, PS4 with Legendary Edition) Why not do it on PC now too?
Alpha Mega Aggron. The Aron line is one of my favorites despite the fact that it crumbles against fighting. But I love my big steely child.
I have collected all the Digimon available currently in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, which I finished last night. Good game. Annoying amount of sidequests right at the end!
I'm shiny hunting Snorunt because Froslass is my favorite Pokemon. I do not have the Shiny Charm. These are the shinies I have found since starting this hunt. Still no Snorunt.
One thing I appreciate about Legends ZA is that it gives me a chance to use Pokemon I like but wouldn't normally have in a team. Like my best friend Mawile
