To improve transparency and hopefully reduce confusion we have added a "Backfill in progress" badge to account profiles. The badge shows if there's a big enough difference between someones follow/post counts according to Blacksky vs. the rest of the ATmosphere (Bluesky, Microcosm, etc.)

The Germ DM button is supported in the blacksky.community client. Note: Germ is available on iOS but you will see this button on any device if the user has it enabled.

The blacksky.community web app has been updated to support OAuth login. This means we have gotten rid of the "Hosting Provider" field when signing into our app, making it more straightforward to use our app even if you aren't yet hosted on our PDS (e.g. if you have a *.bsky.social handle)

The ability to edit your profile's pronouns are now available on the blacksky.community web app. Reload the tab/page to see the update. Pronouns are visible when viewing a user's profile and also as you reply to their posts. Thank you @thisismissem.social for your contributions.
