Seems like it _was_ the issue (back in 2024) for purchased homes. Now really low expectations for the future seems to be the main issue, though there are experts who could say far better. For rentals, supply still is the main issue.

I'm pro simulated intelligence as a technology ("AI") in the abstract. But I reject substituting bad and disturbing AI art for good OR bad human generated art in commercial use.
