So I've finally decided to end my first playthrough of Hollow Knight. It's a fantastic game that I just do not enjoy enough to continue when I have too many other games in my backlog that I know I will enjoy more. Is it a fantastic game? Absolutely. Is it a game I want to play? Absolutely not.

I had never seen it until I was on the Disney Wish a few years ago. It was out of my price range, but that was a birthday cruise and we made the excuse that it was my birthday present so that I could be reunited with one of my favorite childhood action figures. 😁

Handheld systems and Pico-8 are exceptional on the cube! There is a method to overscalling 4:3 content at 8:7 (I think) to fill the screen that RetroGameCorps talks about on YouTube. Alternatively, you can use bezels/overlays to fill empty space on the screen. I learned how to make my own.

Starfox. A 3D SHMUP where you are on a team with three other fighters who don't contribute anything of real value, but fly right into your line of fire during intense battles and then yell at you when they get shot while your score gets penalized. 🤬 Yeah, I'm a fan. 😮‍💨

I don't like to be negative towards anything having to do with my favorite hobby, but at those prices Valve, you can take that Steamdeck and cram it up your ass.

As a native Floridian, I say we need shade and walking paths in ALL parking lots.

Contra 4 would get my vote, but you'd need an adapter/grip for it since it requires stacked screens just like Sonic Rush.

I got to play 3rd Strike on a Vewlix in person last weekend. Those things really remind me of the Candy Cabs like those in the picture, just modernized. I wish I had one, but I'd want it to be just a controller and a screen so that I could put anything I want in there.

So, this is my variation of the TMNT2 cover art that I traced in Illustrator. I altered some shading and added weapons for Mike and Raph. I'm going to simplify the shapes/colors and maybe tweak little details a little bit more. This has been a pretty fun little personal project so far. 😁

After watching 5 seasons of Daredevil TV I'm at the point now that I can confidently say that I enjoy Daredevil more than Batman. 😈

All these years I'm still asking the same question of each of these Star Fox games . . . Where the hell is Phantron?! 😤

Maybe I'm still riding the high after the season 2 finale but, everybody loves Batman. I like Batman too, but I like Daredevil more. 😈
