I love the thrill of walking into a Half Priced Books and never knowing what gem of a board game you might find. Tonight it was an unpunched Grand Austria Hotel for $35. A good week.
Underwater Cities with the super asymmetric boards that come with the first expansion was great. Hoping the Data Era expansion is picked up by a US publisher soon.
First time playing Parade at more than 2 players and it was still fantastic.
I was really excited to play one of my favorite games, Everdell, tonight and it was sad to see the rough edges of this design that I had forgotten existed really ruined the experience for a friend.
Played 7 Wonders by @reposproduction.bsky.social tonight. This was the first time playing with any expansions and we played with 3 of them. Cities, Leaders, and Armadas. All great additions.
