I ride a Segway GT 2 scooter. I have just over 8200 km on it. I'm on my second set of tires and second set of brake pads. The pads are tiny Shimano style pads. You'd think a 50kg scooter would eat them up, and spit them out. But the scooter has very strong regenerative braking that works great.
