This is apparently supposed to be Jabba the Hutt's son from the Clone Wars animated movie, which takes place 30-odd years prior to the new movie this image is from. Hutts are adults at 90. This character was ~10 years old in the Clone Wars movie, so he's in his 40s here. This is a jacked CHILD.
