Here’s an image of a hamburger I asked Gemini to generate (I didn’t even know it can do images). It looks 100x less horrifying than every image posted here, and it doesn’t have the same trypophobic vibe. I didn’t even ask for anything specific. So wtf are all these shops asking for.
Check out this hilarious slop ad I saw in Slovakia last week. Almost every ad or public bit of imagery in Eastern Europe nowadays is 100% like this.

Inspired by @mmalex.bsky.social's dots experiments recently, tried to do some kind of "particle DOF" in the fluff renderer, effectively blowing out every particle's microparticles which gives a kind of uncanny effect that also melts my GPU with overdraw.

Ever since I made fluff use a cascaded system for far visibility, I've been debating how to do shadows... I tried all kinds of stuff and all of it was bad, but I'm also probably too picky. It turns out though that screenspace shadows make a humongous difference with fluffy stuff like this terrain.
