Just three miles from Portland City Hall, Zenith Energy owns the largest tank farm at the CEI hub. They have a history of illegal actions here in the city. Portland can and must do better to protect people from the dangerous fuels and chemicals.

They promise local year-round jobs. How many? What will the pay be? Will they sign a community benefits agreement?

They've laid out their vision without a plan for how to make it happen and with zero transparency. Who are the investors? Why should we trust private investors who won't tell us their names?

We are working with folks across the city to stop a disturbing trend: decision makers prioritizing corporate profit over people. Chevron, NW Natural Gas, Zenith, and others should reduce the amount flammable fuels they store at the dangerous CEI Hub located on the river at the foot of Forest Park.
