When I pass my Masters Degree this is the one document comment from my supervisor I am going to get printed and framed. (it makes me laugh every time I see it and its actually quite endearing. I have a great supervisor.)

A touch eccentric perhaps but I've been roasting my own coffee since 2018 with a hand built 500g drum roaster from cormorantroasters.co.uk and its been rewarding. My baby has held up well with just one service needed. Pretty sure its paid for itself now vs buying the equivalent specialty roasted.
