Old living soil pots with cover crops of orange mint, poppy, and cilantro in the back. I'll give them a bit longer. I'm drinking the mint as a pure infusion. Delish.

On the plus side yesterday's loaves came out perfect. My first of the year. Slice after slice I ate them both already. Sampled with various varietal olive oils, nutmeg jam, Cambozola, chunky peanut butter, and plain old butter. Too tasty! Crispy and chewy.
Statism, and its involuntary collectivism, remains our species' greatest downfall. Whether elected or not, the very existence of institutionalized levers of power invariably attracts those who would subjugate their fellow Earthlings. Voters legitimize these insane contests and deserve what they get.
