Thirty years ago, to the hour, this scene-defining show was taking place in the Bel Air Teen Center. While there were shows prior to this, it was this one that truly coalesced the nascent Harford County punk rock movement, by bringing together punks and misfits from all over the county.

This was always my favorite photo of Ezra Berger. Here in his most elemental state - middle of the night, outside in the crisp autumn air, you can bet music was playing and he was likely only a few hours away from having to wake up in his houseboat and shamble to his day job,
