My healthy food continues. One piece of cod is cooked with paprika and the other was cooked in adobo canario with is a blend of herbs and spices. I cleared the plate and didnt gain an ounce. 🏃‍♂️

I have a Zontes R310 and it has 2 drain plugs. It seems to store some oil in the frame. I dont really understand it but it keeps me happy
