Seeing something different from what I’d usually pick. If nothing else at least it will keep me out of the heat for a while.

Regal is showing a handful of movies for Pride Month and I was delighted to find that this is one of them. Also, all of Matthew Peak’s Elm Street posters rule but this is my favorite.

I usually save this one for the last day of school but since it’s playing in the big screen I can’t pass it up. It’s also the kind of movie I get when my birthday is on 4/20. But I’m okay with it.
A rare daddy-daughter trip to the theater today. But it’s not every day they show her favorite movie.
My son and I went into this movie weighed down by all that was going on in the world but boy did this lift us up! As we were driving home my son said “that movie heals.” That’s damn right.
It’s officially spring break and Regal has 70s and 80s comedies all week so I’ll be here every day. Today’s offering…The Jerk.
