Haunted Radiance is complete! A tribute to Dion Lesage from FFXVI and another attempt at carrying over a character's design into the XIV space. The undyed appearance is Dion's look and the dye channels are set up for a generic high-fantasy vibe. Heliosphere | Ko-fi | #bkmods

A work in progress post showcasing an outfit mashup I'm currently working on. It is inspired by Dion Lesage from Final Fantasy XVI. It pulls from his original design's style with elements of chainmail, lots of layered flowy cloth, and ornate pieces of armored plate. I tried to stay true and also include some asymmetry even though its also trying to be very neat/clean.

I'm sorry that I've been stuck in low power mode for a while. I lost access to my creative parts after being retraumatized. It was challenging to process everything I needed to without a creative outlet. It seems my creative parts returned after going on two adventures with a kid and his dad. 🤍

This thumbnail showcases another texture edit I've done for the index of the new Cozy Valentione's Cardigan, the recent event outfit from XIV. This version has been edited to omit the heart patterns at the top of the cardigan. The cartigan with this new edit has been colorset to resemble Howl's coat form Howl's Moving Castle. There is a rough mashup included that is Howl-inspired, featuring an opened collared shirt, and his pendant necklace, which is a gold chain featuring a sapphire pendant with a ruby accent.

I finally got Corvid Vagabond moved over to Heliosphere! Its still one of my favorite outfits I've mashed up even though I don't have a single OC that uses it. I'm very behind on moving outfits over from ko-fi, but I'm gonna try to do at least one a week. 🤝 Heliosphere | Ko-fi | #bkmods

There's a lot of green-blue highlights to the outfit to reflect the way a raven's feathers reflects in the sunlight. There's many blades and weapons scattered across the outfit as well. It has corvid/raven vibes with lots of feathers adorning the shoulder pauldrons and trailing off the back of the jacket.

A turnaround of a recent outfit mashup commission titled The Casual Ranger. Its a loosely fitted v-neck shirt tucked into a green cloth wrap around the waist. Toggle options include a variety of belts, satchels, bags, vials, potions and some boot knives and shin guards. There's also an assortment of bracers that can be switched out.

Derusting with... whatever this is?? Sometimes my brain makes something so out of my usual style even I scratch my head a bit. Shortened the Makai Sun Guide top into a jacket with a cheeky little chest wrap side peek. Won't make it out before the patch, but will get it out asap! Sorry!😔 #bkwips

A new outfit WIP that is very... we'll say Brute Bomber coded with a tough of mad max and/or biker gear. It features a black vest which has the sides of it cut away to reveal a linen-wrapped torso and some belts and chains. The vest also has red-brown leather accents and belts both across the chest and around the waist. A large swath of fur sits atop the shoulders. Leather pants with chains and spiked knee and shin guards tuck into fur-lined ankle boots with steel toes and red-brown belts around the ankle and arch of the boot. Asymmetric gloves are a hand wrapping similar to the chest wrap on the right hand, and chain bracelets and rings on the left.

This commissioned artwork features my WoL, Merrill, in their Shadowbringers-era Dark Knight outfit, which is a mix of cloth, leather, and plate with their arm outstretched. Like a mirror, Ardbert has his hand raised to meet theirs. Shadowbringers meant a lot to me, and this piece means a lot to me, too!

A commissioned art of Merrill, capturing their silent nature but strong gaze expertly, so much of Merrill's personality coming through in this portrait. They are wearing a mashup I made for them, which is a mix of plate and cloth, and in the background is iconic Ishgard architecture and a swooping dragon.

I return from a health hiatus with a simple but elegant dress for Starlight! There's multiple toggles to fine tune the look of the dress, and when the holiday season is over, you can toggle off the Starlight decorations to have a nice dress for the rest of the year! Heliosphere | Ko-fi | #bkmods

A newly released vanilla mashup for FFXIV which is a simple but elegant dress. The main part of the dress is a cream colored cloth and it has a green velvet sleeved vest with gold embroidery along the edges. There's a red velvet bow at the neckline as well as bows on each shoulder which drapes to the back of the dress and terminates in another bow with ribbons that trail the length of the dress. The dress is holiday-themed with a green present box with bold and silver embellishments and a red ribbon linked to the gold belt around the waist, and a cute bunch of holly berries and leaves sitting atop the main bow on the chest.

Dragonhead Drover is complete! Another entry into the town clothes series with woodsy witchy vibes suitable for forager, shepherd or trader characters and BTN/ALC/BLM jobs! This cozy layered look features a few toggles, asymmetrical boots, and many belts. Heliosphere | Ko-fi | #bkmods

A newly released mashup outfit which is a heavily layered cloth and leather look which is a mix between medieval, fantasy, and cottagecore vibes. There's a textured off-white long tunic with a leather vest over a crochet skirt. The leather vest parts to reveals a light blue doublet with silver filigree, and the outfit is topped off with a dark blue pelerine, a light blue scarf, and a copious amount of belts. Patterned leather pants tuck into asymmetrical boots where one is cuffed and goes up to the knee and has a blue cloth wrap which tucks into a flared ankle boot, and the other boot has a greige long sock which starts under the knee, is held up by a belt, and tucks into the another flared ankle boot.

They tuck into asymmetrical boots where one is cuffed and goes up to the knee and has a blue cloth wrap which tucks into a flared ankle boot, and the other boot has a greige long sock which starts under the knee, is held up by a belt, and tucks into the another flared ankle boot.

Merrill stands under the gate in Foundation, with the city of Ishgard busy with the day to day in the background. A flock of birds takes flight around Merrill and there's some snow vfx making it all feel extra cozy.

This picture shows four outfits which are vanilla mashups which were made by me! The first two are a bit more dapper, with corsets and frilly shirts and a heavy Ishgard lean, the next two are more high fantasy in style with a sort of gritty adventurer look.

Danneroad Merchant is complete! Another "town clothes" mashup which uses a lot of the Neo-Ishgard pieces to (hopefully) deliver that fantasy vibe. I stared at the yellow upload button on heliosphere for like 20 minutes before I felt brave enough to press it. Helios | Ko-fi | #bkmods

A new vanilla mashup which is a layered, casual, high fantasy outfit which leans toward being suited for a wandering merchant. A cloak overlays a linen tunic, which is belted over leather armor which has a billowy undershirt. It has bracers on each wrist and belts for all sorts of bags and pouches.

Earth's Chosen is complete! This one was a fun exercise in adopting an existing design and making a mashup which translated it into the "vanilla" style (not sure what else to call it tbh). Lots of love went into cleaning up the Nezha coat. Ko-Fi | #bkmods

This mashup is inspired by Jin Mori from God of High School which is a Korean manhwa. It features a gold-lined black jacket which is cropped at the waist and arms over a plain tank top. Around the waist is a combination of a tied black jacket, some fur, and a red sash. Baggy blue pants are rolled up at the knee to reveal linen-wrapped shins, which fit into red modern sneakers. For gloves, there's short leather gloves with more linen wrappings which extend from knuckles to elbow, with mala beads on each wrist.

Relentless Cuirass is complete! A mix of Forlorn Armor (DS2) vibes and Cainhurst Armor (Bloodborne) vibes. Had lots of fun figuring out a way to get the dye patterns to retain the dusty/worn/ragged look. Ko-Fi | #bkmods
