The boxwood moth is a plot from Big Inkberry Holly. IYKYK. Jk But my kingdom for a round shrub that's evergreen, no flower, can tolerate some shade, and deer don't eat. I work at a nursery. It's "what should I replace my dead boxwoods with?" all day. Swear to God might start recommending these lol.

On my flight to Florida to visit my dad, I had the flight path info on the seatback screen and lo and behold his house was one of the handful of landmarks it showed. It's Cypress Lodge on Lake Okeechobee.
So my dad bought the Cypress Lodge in Port Mayaca, Florida on Lake Okeechobee where if you look up the Port, the only mention is our lodge. I'm visiting for first time. Hemingway has stayed here, his ex wife was here 10 years. Burt Reynolds almost bought it. My brother already saw a ghost.
I'm at my dad'd place which is an old lodge on Lake Okechobee that Hemingway's ex wife owned for 10 years and he stayed here often. My brother saw a dark figure pass one of the windows last night while we were all outside... My dad and his father in law have seen it other times too.
He changes it several times a year. This is last summer with beach balls and a snorkel lol.
My neighbor has a small dinosaur statue that he changes outfits and scenery for every season. Right now its Olympic skiing. Not as dramatic but still brings joy.

Look at this total insurance bs. This is Michigan two adults one teen. This is cheapest Bronze plan. You pay over $1400 a month but get NO help on any medical cost until after a TWENTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE. You pay $22,000 a year to get NOTHING until you cough up another $21k. Sickening.
