easements of 58 and 68 St Leonards Road. at 66-92 St Leonards Road and 23 Killafaddy Road, St Leonards.
Council has received a request for a minor amendment.
Council has approved the amendment.
This Development Permit was amended on 24/07/2026
under Section 56 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals
Act 1993 for:
Removal of MCC (Electrical Switch) room
Relocation of fire tanks and associated infrastructure
Reduction in the width & GFA of Building B
Reconfiguration of cooling and generator layouts
Adjustments to hardstand areas
Internal access arrangements relocations
New water supply infrastructure
A copy of the amended plans and permit are available for viewing at Council. If you are unhappy with Council's decision you have the right to appeal. DO NOT SEND YOUR APPEAL TO COUNCIL.
Your appeal must be sent within 14 days of receiving this notice to: Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, GPO Box 2036, Hobart 7001. If you wish to appeal please phone the Tribunal on 1800 657 500 for the relevant forms.

Happy Sunday!
When I first applied for this job, I wrote a sample piece about gratitude for this newsletter.
I'm grateful for every day I get to work at TDA, but the highlight was probably on Friday, when Zara asked me to write the intros to the newsletter going forward - which I quickly found out is a lot harder than it looks (and I definitely didn't spend 20 minutes writing this one).
I'll be dropping into your inboxes every Sunday from now on with your weekly good news recap, and only occasionally bringing up my love for Bluey.

There are several low cost rentals on the lot shared by Firmus (23 Killafaddy Rd). I wonder if any of the tenants have had a chance to comment on the development.

Council has approved the amendment.
This Development Permit was amended on 05/06/2026
under Section 56 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 for a reduction in width and total floor area of Building B.
