Tried sourdough again. Used a recipe for elevation. Took all day yesterday and then proofed in the fridge overnight. Was still a little warm when I cut it. Oops. Flavor is good. I know where I can improve.

Beautiful 4 miles today under cloud cover. Made it less hot but more humid. I need to mix in some "speed" work during the week. But I ran a LOT of it today, slowly. Progress every day!

Y'all. Took an e bike tour and hike. I was the only participant and had two guides (one in training). It was SPECTACULAR and I didn't fall off the bike!!
