Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley plans to make a "special announcement concerning the Wisconsin Democratic primary race" tomorrow at 11 a.m. in Milwaukee. The Mandela Barnes campaign is out with a statement saying he "left this race for a reason."

Missy Hughes, who dropped out of the race in June, is calling for Crowley to reenter.

Indivisible Madison East estimates there were more than 10,000 people who got out for the third round of No Kings protests in Wisconsin's capital city. Here's a shot of some protesters who were waiting for marchers by the state Capitol.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, who has held the position for the longest amount of time in Wisconsin's history, announcing that he will not be seeking reelection this year.

Assembly Minority Leader Greta Neubauer, who announced she is pregnant while pushing for the bill early in the day, said Democrats' efforts seemed effective. They introduced amendments to slow down floor work. "We were going to stop at nothing to get a vote on these bills," she said.

Rep. Todd Novak and a handful of other Republican lawmakers announcing that a bill to extend postpartum coverage to a year and a bill to cover cancer screenings for women with dense breast tissue will receive a vote in the state Assembly on Thursday.
