Nice being able to use the swivel bearing to make mechanical linkages like this example of a grasshopper linkage. I learned some stuff about this for playing the harder levels in Poly Bridge. This one lets me have an arm that goes up and down (mostly) along a single axis, for lifting heavy objects

One of the neat things Create Aeronautics does is let you build a little airship and fly around. I threw together this one and took it for a 6000 block round trip earlier. Partway through, I fell off and had to rush ahead of the slowly driving ship, build a tall pillar and jump back on.

I've been playing a bunch of the Brigador Killers demo, and it's good fun. The original game Brigador was a mech game, Killers lets you play as just a guy running around, driving regular vehicles. There's a lot of guns, and you can enter a mission driving a van hollowed out to mount a giant cannon

I've been continuing to play around with a set of mods, and don't think I can ever play minecraft again without some kind of distant terrain rendering.

I shouldn't be surprised that Minecraft's got an orthographic projection mod, I don't know why I never looked for one before. This is great.
