I’ll 100% come clean here. Was not a fan of the hire. I didn’t think it was a disaster, but I was underwhelmed (as I told my kids via text message). Suffice to say, Walt’s been fantastic. Process-decision-conviction in the decision. That’s all I can ask from a leader. Set course and go. A+ so far.
