Took my first bike ride in like 5 years. Did a 4 mile ride for 30 minutes over various terrain. I totally ate shite going around a sharp bend on a gravel trail and hacked up my knee. At least i got some pretty photos.

Lamb prepared and in the oven, my mom made dinner rolls last night, Lex's mom made cheesey potatoes with red onion and cheddar, and we have the brussel sprouts shallots, and garlic is ready to go in the oven with the lamb at the 20 mins to go mark.

Sunrise from the train platform. Orange, pinks, reds, blues and purples color the early morning sky as a distant weather front moves off the coast and the wispy clouds dapple the partially clear sky after the nights rain storm.

I didnt take the coddle out of the oven after the las hour of cooking so i didnt get a photo of it when it was done. So here is a photo of the previous one i made. Also, screw New England Boiled dinner/ corned beef and cabbage. Dublin Coddle is where its at for Irish dishes on St Patricks Day.

Just about done. Lid comes off and then you cook for another hour.

Lid goes on once the potatoes and sausages are in. Then into the oven.

Next comes the stout. I prefer Gunner's Daughter milk stout over Guinness.
