This is a Zelda inspired tattoo idea I have. Top triangle for power, left triangle for wisdom, right triangle for courage, and rainbow in the middle if you wish. Make the symbols be what you like to match those virtues.

So I’ve been doing an intermittent fast (16:8) the past couple of weeks, giving myself one cheat day, and have seen great progress on my weight and body fat. Now, let’s see what comes next. #sexysunday

As this year comes to an end, I’m proud of what I’ve been able to do over this past year with my fitness. Here’s to continued progress.
