I did the Ironman Oregon - 70.3 today. This was a huge stamp to all the work I’ve quietly been putting in over the past several months. Lost 30 pounds and starting running and cycling a lot more. So proud of this achievement and so happy I got to experience it with several friends 💛💛💛

Completed the Colorado Triathlon this morning! I shaved off 12 minutes from last year!!! I am so proud of the progress I’ve make with my exercise and weight loss. The results are definitely showing
