Thanks to my smart TV, I got rid of cable and support none of that. There is plenty of free stuff. My one paid streaming vice is YouTube Premium. My grown son and I watch Dropout together on his subscription - they've got a pretty good guy in charge. 😁

Here's a pic of my lovely women's 60+ outrigger canoe racing team. We're the best in our division in Canada, which is, admittedly, a pretty small group. But it keeps us fit, and we have a huge competitive spirit. Usually I'm paddling with them right now, but I'm home with a cold.
