Some drivers need to give up driving This stupid dangerous silly old woman. Downhill 20mph zone, narrow bridge, says give way to oncoming traffic. Grey Toyota SUV was heading towards us on the bridge and she overtook me, and cut in front! Ffs Cars park here to go walk the coast path.
Pembrokeshire cycling First bit of the route is uphill along a narrow lane that will be the one way system for Eisteddfod. Then off to the Catrock for a coffee and onward to the Pentre Ifan burial tomb that takes us back Neotholic times and is a magical place

Pembrokeshire Cycling Lovely morning for a bike ride but, being driven at and forcing me to move is bullying plus the overtake on the solid double white lines happens every time on this route. Old lady forget to press the accelerator after pulling out so I safely overtook. Loggers are busy!
Pembrokeshire Cycling and close pass uploads. I’m sure they make the upload process a pain in the arse to discourage you from bother especially when it suddenly looses all you input. 2nd attempt and its done. Hope Mr Whippy gets what he deserves for being an impatient idiot
Pembrokeshire Cycling. Very unfriendly Worleys Ice Cream and I’ve never heard of them until today. This will be uploaded. GoPro out front was also recording. To be blunt, I don’t have any confidence in GoSafe Wales so I’m probably wasting my time.
Pembrokeshire Cycling I was too early for the club run! That’s my excuse so anyroads, off we go and this Porsche overtook me in a nearby village and didums didn’t want to crash over the speed bums and this was the only time he didn’t break the 20mph. Lovely morning for 🚴 😎
Pembrokeshire cycling Headed out a hour later than I wanted to be. it’s going to be warmer than usual so beat the heat. First 20 mins 🤢 and then I was okay in the breeze and felt great and later, cut 20-25k off the ride as spied our local police officer. Stopped and chatted for half an hour.

Pembrokeshire’Bake’ It’s is a warm day here and thankfully we have a breeze and the Lafuma garden recliner chairs have arrived! They are brilliant. After a doze, a G&T it was bake time. Bread rolls and they are excellent. Best we’ve had since moving here 3 years ago. Home baked is best

Pembrokeshire railway station I wish The village railway station closed to passengers in 1962 and finally closed in 1963. The station is crumbling and the station house is heading that way and it’s still lived in! It’s a dump
Pembrokeshire ‘I’ll speak plainly’ I’m pissed off. Went to Pen Dinas for a walk and stopped off at the Sailors Safety to have lunch. Sign says, pick a table and order at the bar with the table number. I asked how long if I order food? ‘We’re not taking walk ins’ today I was told. What! Ffs

Pembrokeshire ‘it’s raining cows’ Yes it was raining and we have new cows in the field at the bottom of our garden. Last year the herd managed to climb on top of the wall of gabions to eat the lush grass. Mr farmer has installed an electric fence to stop them doing this
Pembrokeshire cycling I’m drinking coffee and it’s raining! The question is, can I make the effort to join the local club for a lumpy ride that’s starts 15k from home. Then my club, Pembrokeshire Velo posted this! Riders started at 6am
Pembrokeshire Cycling 4pm so out on the Cube ti for 90mins. A cooling breeze and a sensible 23c was perfect unlike the baking heat of this week and the madness of yesterday’s glass factory temperature. I’ve been in a glass blowing factory and blimey, it was warm.
We are fortunate to have the woods to walk in with plenty of shade and the waterfall.
If you were in the Midlands I think Rob Meyer journalist for the BBC would have been interested. Hope it doesn’t stick in your head. This is a snippet plus music to take my pain away from 4 years ago. It went on and on and on. Thought any minute he’ll punch me.
