Shout out to our little gremlin. Viola oscillates between sweet and mischievous and she deserves all the recognition on the day of black cats.
Hello. Today was terrible. Have a photo of my cuddling cats as a timeline cleanse.
For this week’s #ShowMeYourKnits I have my most recent FO: the Agnete Cardigan by Petite Knit in Kid Silk Haze and Cascade Heritage. A gift knit for my mum and first time with brioche. Cat-approved.
Y’all. The cats snuggled for the first time today! #CatsOfBluesky #tortie @siberianember.bsky.social
Baby knits are so fun! Here are a few for #ShowMeYourKnits. 1. Honeycomb hat and booties in a red sport yarn. 2. Honeycomb hat in navy Cascade Heritage Solids. 3. Black cotton stockinette blanket with a seed stitch border. 4. Gradient garter stitch blanket in Cascade Heritage Solids held double.
One more, freshly on the blocking mats. This one is a self-drafted dress for my niece in Cascade Heritage Solids.
I have a few green things for #ShowMeYourKnits this week. Green is a favourite colour in this house.
I have a needle binder from Thread and Maple. I use circulars exclusively, but they have DPN pages. There are also notion pages and project pages. You can really customize it to suit your needs. I love it so, so much! And it’s Canadian!
Ember is having a very lazy #Caturday and hopes you are, too. #CatsOfBluesky #Tortie
It’s sock week for #ShowMeYourKnits! These are a few I’ve made in the last year, and I’m planning many more this year. All of these are knitted in Briggs and Little sport yarn.
For #ShowMeYourKnits this week I have Solitary by Victoria Marchant knitted in Berocco Vintage DK. This photo was taken while blocking and before seaming. It is now one of my most-worn garments.
I have tea, I have a sleepy kitty, and I have my current WIP. Needing all the cozy vibes today.
