Well he’s done nothing about it in Manchester. Here’s just a few of the street sleepers, ironically up against Manc Town Hall before Burnham had them evicted. He’s spent years overseeing luxury apartments going up, while literal kids sleep in doorways on Market Street. So don’t hold your breath.

This is the “Manchesterism” that the press never seem to mention. A tent city of street homeless people, which was, until recently, right up against Manchester town hall, undergoing a £525 MILLION refurbishment. Walk a few hundred yards to deansgate and there isn’t a doorway not being lived in.
