Went to the Ralphs in Huntington Beach yesterday, and it's been a while since I've been there.. They now have 2 rows of household items and toiletries blocked off and you have to purchase items before you leave the aisles. What bullshit. Fear mongering 101. (Owned by Kroger's)

Notice at the end of the protected rows "Attention customers. Items in this part of the store must be paid for in this area. All other purchases must go through our regular checkout lanes at the front of the store. Thank you for shipping with us."
