After five hours of research, team-rebuilding, grinding, AND one unfortunate loss regardless (four overall), I finally beat Dominic. What an endurance test! Matches like these bring me back to my old Gen 1 Pokemon days. I cannot WAIT for this game to be out of Early Access so I play it again!

Cosmic Wimpout went on the backburner more than expected this week, but I still got to play it at least 3 times with a bunch of friends - some familiar, some completely new to it! We're reaching a point of critical mass with trinkets, but I still enjoy having them as my personal time capsule. ✨☀️🌙

Obligatory food and drink post. It felt good to not eat Chipotle every day all week. By being able to make time with people, I was also able to eat a lot of banger dishes (even if my wallet didn't want me to.) Also, shoutout to ranch water. You are one of the drinks of all time. You scare me.

Unfortunately, again, by being everywhere, I was never anywhere. 😭 But I was really blessed to be surrounded by a lot of amazing women and femmes all week that remind me how much of an amazing community we have. I love women and will continue to uplift femmes in these spaces as long as I can. 💜💛

I needed more "Me Time" this week than usual, but I still managed to get a lot of plans done with a lot of great friends. I found some great new coffee spots, had some BANGER food, and was able to disconnect from the broadcast, even for a bit. Thank you all for having me as a part of your time. 💙

So much of a difference, in fact, that this was the first event where I officially credited myself as "carrie carrarium" for my GDQ position! idk why I did it exactly, but it just felt right? Maybe I'm full of myself, or maybe my stream persona and my job are bleeding into each other. Who knows?

Just because Celeste wasn't on the schedule doesn't mean I wasn't on stage! I got asked with doing commentary for the SMW Brotherhood race, and I was so honored to be trusted with completely blind comms! I was told by the community that I'm their adopted sister, and it meant So, So Much to me. 😭

This was, quite possibly, the most relaxing week of socials I ever worked, and it is simply because our team was THAT good. Shoutout to Elena, @konception.bsky.social, and @metroidcrime.com for being the best coworkers I've ever had. I literally cannot wait for #AGDQ2027 to see what we do next! 💙

This was a week of complex emotions! For starters, this was the first event since I got hired where I felt like a natural part of the Event Staff (esp. after AGDQ.) Social Media is a very online, remote department. But in chatting with others, I felt very seen and very respected. It meant a lot. 💙

Con Drop hit me like a ton of bricks, but the good news is that my partner and I are finally in the same room together after 2.5 weeks. 🧡 Homosexuality: the best reason not to stream!

Day 3 fit: That 70s Show A great thing about #SGDQ2026 is how much more confident I've gotten in showing off my body in ways I'd never have shown off years prior. I feel like my own person more than I ever have and it shows as I walk around the hotel. I love it here.
