Failed bear cub. Hoping to someday make money writing about homosexuals who kill people.
The Internet has surprisingly little to say about Ron's beaver fursona
5. The Adventures of Baron Munchausen Again, pure and shameless fun, and also a screed advocating for pure and shameless fun, one of those movies where any feelings of sadness near the end are entirely due to the fact the film will soon be over.
I guess the Doctor just loses all awareness of anything he's not in frame with given he should only be feet away when this starts happening
4. House on Haunted Hill This is just pure fun and I'm not sorry about it. The movie equivalent of a really fucking good ghost train, Price and Ohmart make for one of the bitchiest screen couples in history and it is beautiful.
3. In the Mouth of Madness My favourite Carpenter (may reevaluate after Prince of Darkness). I'm a sucker for this mode of horror on any day but it's rare for a movie to be just so precisely my sh*t that I can't say why I like it except by listing every single detail right from the first scene
2. Laputa: Castle in the Sky Very personal for me because it's inextricably tied with a close friendship I had with a girl in primary school but still my first Miyazaki and as capable of kicking me in the feels as an adult as dazzling me with visual and musical awe as a child
Is this a queer movie? Eh Is this a movie for the queers? Absofuckinglutely
1. The Dressmaker (2015) Oft overlooked, which is a pity, because this takes the aesthetics of a much cutesier story and spins them into a gloriously whacked out revenge fantasy against the smug, bullying reactionaries that infest small towns. More haute couture movies need a sizable body count
I'm assuming this was how Ned and Howland took out Arthur Dayne
When I read the colourised version as a kid I thought this was fucking sick
