Well I am proud of my little self been on the bike did 8 miles in 20 minutes 32 seconds yay 😁
Just finished my exercises on the exercise bike and done my other exercises I am knackered
Just heard the news about Sam Neill rip 😭 soo sad he was an amazing actor in Jurassic park 😭
Beat my target today I was on 9.00 in 3 miles yesterday today I am on the 2nd gear and done 3 miles in 8 .26 and I have done my other exercises and I have used the dumbbells yay 😁 and had my dog out for a walk now been in the bath going to chill out now 😁😁😁
Well I am proud of my little self won my score I was 10 12 in 3 miles in my exercises and today I did 3 miles in 9.00 yay 😁
I have beat my score from the other day yay I was 9 40 the other day now I am 9 27 yay 😁
Having a cheeky treat while listening to Tim walker on BBC Lincolnshire from 7 till 10 it's just a weekend treat x
This is why I hate paper straws I can't believe it snapped in half and some of the paper went in to my drink
