Today’s run in three parts: all sweaty.

I’ll be running my 9th DAM2DSM tomorrow! It’s a half marathon where you get bussed to the Saylorville Dam and run a half marathon into downtown Des Moines. One of my favorite runs, but a tough course with 2 big elevation jumps but some gorgeous views.
