I was afraid this weekend was going to undo all the progress I’ve made on my wellness journey. I haven’t been good, I’ve had alcohol, I’ve had junk food, but I’m still getting my 10k steps in and the food hasn’t been too bad. No calories in ass so I’m serving and eating that instead of burgers

Just got back from dad’s day in the burbs, cooked up some ribs eyes, corn on the cob, watermelon, Gochujang cookies, and mango sorbet. Went to see disclosure day and now I think the move is Wil’s then the Eagle for dancing. Here’s my cock.
I didn’t see it until today. The scale doesn’t read all that differently. But the weight distribution has shifted greatly. The skin is skinning. Counting macros & eating better with exercising introduced to my daily routine has brought me back to life. Cutting way back on alcohol surely helps too.
