One final time. A club I’ve played 40+ times that helped launch my bands into other cities and festivals and audiences…..I’m playing one final time. It’s the end of an era. Sad to see it go but so happy I was able to be a part of it.

Last big (for me) lift of Squatober 380lbs After my back injury 18ish months ago and the subsequent setbacks, I never thought I’d be under the bar again. It’s not my heaviest squat ever but it is by far my favorite.

This is what systematic fatigue can look like. These 80s typically move for 8-10 but over the last 2 weeks it’s gone down to 5-6. I unfortunately ignored the giant red flags in front of me and have had to take an entire week off to rest my CNS and allow some aches and pains to heal up
