OH MAN The whole area of Erit where my story takes place is a scar! This was the site where the elves killed the old gods thousands of years ago. It shattered a huge landmass into many smaller ones. This area of the planet is called the "Crush Sector." Can you guess where the epicenter was? LOL

I played the original Star Fox for SNES when it first came out and IMMEDIATELY wrote a fanfic with a new character. His name is Lunar.

I just got the DNA results back on Starbeak!

Nothing happened.

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a number of sparks lurking at the edge of his garden around more of the strange plants. One, the vine he clearly remembered yelling at yesterday, was no longer green and healthy, but black and rotten.

"What in the Darkrealm...?" he muttered. Getting to his feet, he approached it and brushed the sparks away. They chirped and croaked with excitement, hopping back onto the affected vine and up his legs."

Ivriarck is the goddess of electricity, intelligence, and science, among other minor disciplines. She is often represented by a blue firefly or an electric eel. Although she is also known as the "Warrior goddess," no god is the aspect of war.

Gerrymandering.

A poorly drawn map of Virginia doodled in MS Paint. The top map shows voting districts split into box-shapes. Not quite evenly, but reasonably spaced. There is a caption next to that map which says "I love how this is apparently gerrymandering according to Republicans..."

The bottom map is the same crudely-drawn shape of Virginia, but the voting districts are small and squiggly, except for one huge district that takes up most of the state. One district is shaped like a howling coyote head, demonstrating the lack of reason when it comes to making these districts. The caption next to it says "...but this isn't."

Guys, I love this bird so much. it's hard to believe that just two years ago I did not want a bird, and then this little chicken nugget fell into my life and took it over. She is everything to me.

Faoliia is the goddess of healing in Shadecursed. She's often represented by a rainbow serpent, but may also be represented by a unicorn. Her color is blood red. In order to activate her magic, one must sacrifice some of their life to the earth. (Generally achieved with blood.)
