Even if you look at framing the issue from a simple sovereignty perspective again support collapses and UK voters prefer more control over migration in lieu of better relations with Europe.
Except all of this collapses when the public are informed of the requirements of A49 and then they are pretty sure they don’t want in. Proven in polling with an informed group on 💶 and Schengen adoption. Regret for what we gave up is not the same as full fat EU membership 2026.

For a 🇬🇧 citizen moving to 🇩🇰 it is more expensive than a 🇩🇰 Citizen moving to 🇬🇧 and that is with the surcharge. If 🇬🇧 removes the surcharge you’re getting heavily subsidised health care which is unreasonable. You wouldn’t expect me to get free health insurance or pay a lower rate insurance in Denmark.
Eleanor I have tried to be reasonable in my most recent reply but you don’t seem to want to listen. The surcharge is necessary as we have system that is free at the point of care from day one. We DO NOT have an insurance model. Your system in Denmark is more expensive even with the surcharge:

Anyone thinking of voting green needs to take a proper look at their policies and deeper culture and ideologies. Their views on nato are bad enough but there views on C sections are abhorrent and dangerous. The idea Polanski supports this quite frankly disgusts me.
I don’t see how you get to that conclusion given that there’s public support for closer relations with the EU but that drops dramatically to 34% when the reality is explained of A49. I agree there is no makes Brexit work but it’s not always A49 or nothing. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...
A quick check suggests the opposite. 🇬🇧 hasn’t asked for SPS opt-outs for 🇺🇸 goods. The reporting consistently says the US is pushing for recognition of its standards, while the UK has held the line because it wants an EU SPS deal. That’s a pretty important distinction.
However, after I provided evidence of the stock image licence, my disclosures, and the surrounding harassment, Bluesky reviewed the case and reinstated my account, stating: “After a thorough review, we have determined that the takedown action applied to your account was incorrect…”
The claim appears to be based on the fact that the same stock image is also used elsewhere online, including by an unrelated LinkedIn account under the name James Vargas. This is not impersonation. It is the normal use of a licensed stock image.
This is incorrect and has been explained publicly many times. My profile image is a paid for, non exclusive stock photo, which I state in my bio. I use a stock image to protect my identity because I work in a sensitive part of the MOJ. This has always been transparent and in good faith.
The stock image for my profile is from here it is not a stolen image it is a paid for stock photo to protect my identity as I work in a sensitive part of the MOJ.
