1 run down, 2 more to go! I am using "Just Run", by @jupli.com and I am almost ready to move on from 5K (or 30 minutes continuous runs), to the 10K / 1 hour program. This app is free, has no trackers and no ads, and it isbrilliant! I absolutely recommend it!🏃‍♀️‍➡️ #running #c25k #fitafter40

The best part of my morning runs is always the view. Especially at the weekend when I can go out a little later and it is not pitch black outside. 😅

On workdays, I am out at 6 am and run in the dark, while Sundays allow me a later start with a longer route. The sunrise looks stunning and it makes the cold and the exercise more pleasant! #running #sunrise

I went on a morning walk earlier, and everything was covered in a layer of ice. It was absolutely beautiful, and I am glad I got to see it.

This was my last run in Warsaw at least for a while! I will be back to Italy today and it is really warm over there right now, so I might pause running for a bit. I am grateful I got to experience running in such a beautiful park in this lovely city. #Running #Warsaw #JustRun #C25K

I went to see Crypta last night and they were absolutely amazing. It was a lot of fun and they sounded great. I was wearing a Rivers of Nihil t-shirt and multiple people commented on it. I guess Rivers of Nihil are great for socializing at concerts. 😅 #metal #Crypta #Warsaw #RiversofNihil

Another easy run done! The weather was quite nice: not too warm, not too windy. I also did my body weight and HIIT training outside in the park.

18000 steps later, in front of a tray of amazing (vegan) Korean street food, I can call this day a success. I will dream about those rice cakes, they were incredible.

I have skipped some running sessions recently as life has been lifing pretty intensely in the past couple of weeks. However, I did get to go on a nice morning walk today and my mood is much better now. #Warsaw #walking

This was today's run, using Jupli's excellent C25K "Just Run" app. I kept in also the note about my previous run: you can see I took longer break in between, for health reasons and just because life has been lifing. Anyways, this run felt really good.

And here is my running plan for today! I am taking it easy since I took such a long break. The app I am using is Just Run by @jupli.com. No ads, no tracking, gets the job done. :) #running

I finally went for a run after a long break. The park is beautiful and it was not too crowded, so the run was actually quite pleasant.

The area where I live looks magical when the wild flowers bloom and the rice fields are filled with water. There was a duck splashing around in this field, but it was too far away for my phone to capture it in this photo.
