What am I doing when it’s 0 degrees f in Chicago? Swimming outdoors in San Francisco! 😎 We timed a short trip perfectly, and while I’d ordinarily prefer the Union Square Hilton’s pool be bigger than its 40 ft and a bit cooler than its 84 degrees, I felt pretty fortunate to be swimming it today!

My latest find for Outstanding Outdoor Swimming: The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown offers a heated 33 yard lap pool open daily to its guests from 5 am to 11 pm. Very nicely done!
