This is actor Denis Lawson, best known to the general public as Luke’s friend Wedge Antilles from Star Wars. Given the timing of the books printing, Your Honor, may it please the court, I present evidence that the artist used Mr. Lawson as their model for Aragorn.

These may LOOK like the previous breakfast cookies. But instead of dried figs and fig & vanilla maple syrup this has smoke & orange maple syrup, grated orange rind, chopped pecans and dried apricot added!

Cookies made with oats and flour, almond butter, cinnamon, and other cookie spices, chopped pecans and chopped apricots, dark chocolate chips, and smoke and orange maple syrup with a dash of grated orange rind. They are topped with frozen pomegranate seeds.

I’ve had some unforeseen difficulties with my move and of course everybody’s closed for the holiday season. It’s fine. I have 3 cookie recipes that I’m baking. Here’s the first one because I plan to do some packing and stuff today. It’s a breakfast cookie way too tasty to be as healthy as it is.

Cookies made with oats, oat flour, dried figs, almond butter, chia seeds, fig and vanilla syrup, and pomegranate seeds.
