Back in business again! The best rock n roll band there ever was kicked things off in Charlotte, NC tonight! AC/DC's setlist was all thriller no filler. I'm grateful to have been there.

Leg № 1 of The Lord of the Rings challenge: COMPLETE. Made it to Bree before the Nazgûl caught me. It's the biggest commotion since Bilbo's 111th birthday party.
Remaining episodes of The Hard Volume Experience are in-progress and for inexplicable reasons I thought "more of this" would be good. In addition to whatever The Experience does next, I've got a solo project, The Borowicz Rapport® in development. 💩's about to get real and I might live to regret it.
I'm deeply saddened at the loss of Phil Campbell today. A mainstay to the later classic era – Motörhead was so big they had TWO classic eras – his work with Mikkey Dee and Lemmy cannot be overstated. I'm taking some time with my favorite of their live recordings now, a 1998 show in Hamburg.
Really happy with the way this turned out and I've still got a few slots to fill!
I've been trying out the OpenRun Pro2 by Shokz. They use bone conduction unlike conventional earbuds that put the sound directly into yer ear holes. If you've not read my posts about it before, the gist is I can't tolerate regular headphones or earbuds. Pretty painful: Jaw pain, ear pain, gnarly.
It's been about a week and while there's some irritation, it's been pretty tame. Not nearly as painful. I think that I could do short times at low volume with these but nothing long like 40 minutes to an hour. The experiment continues.
This is me giving my stress and anxiety back to the universe. I acknowledge that I can't control atrocities. I can control this. Beauty is perseverance.

Not a bad haul today. There was a record show a town over – I almost didn't go. Glad I went (with support from my fam) and supported some indies. Got an original ’69 pressing of "In a Silent Way", a Hüsker Dü, a Japanese pressing of "Wired", and an audiophile grade of Gordo’s "Sundown".
Just a fantastic collection of Christmas songs from the brilliant Norah Jones. This edition includes tracks recorded live, from on top of the Empire State building.🎄🔥

John is 80. He's surrounded by his family and playing his songs that he now, rightly owns, just like Taylor Swift. I'm not sure life gets any better. This is a LEGACY.

The new album, "The End" from Mammoth arrived a couple of days early and, well… it's another GEM 💎 from Wolfgang. Sounds great on the turntable and there's enough Van Halen tapping to go around for everyone. Tappy-tappy-tap-tap. So good. Check it out when it officially comes out tomorrow.
